Traditional hand-drum making with Alexis Elders Charlie and Martha Letendre and Alexis singers

Please join us for a Drum Making and Song Class!

Location: Skydancer Indigenous Cultural Centre and Art Gallery,
99 Campsite Road, Spruce Grove

We welcome Elder Charlie Letendre of Alexis Nakoda Sioux First Nation. He is a Sundance Maker for more than 40 years and will lead this unique
workshop.
You will not only make your own hand drum, but will also spend a day learning about the drum and sacred
song.
All materials and a light lunch will be provided.
