Part-time Gallery & Admin Assistant

Skydancer Indigenous Cultural Society seeks a full-time Gallery & Admin Assistant

We are seeking an individual who can undertake the following:

  • Part-time oversight of the gallery and centre, role will be full-time in September

  • Management of multiple social media accounts

  • Newsletter editing and distribution

  • Basic accounting and data entry

  • Administrative support to the Executive Director

Required skills and attributes:

  • Several years administrative experience

  • Experience in a retail setting, art related is an asset

  • Advanced computer skills

  • Detail oriented and organized

  • Ability to work well under pressure and deadlines

  • Familiarity with Indigenous Cultures and Art a definite asset

  • The ability to speak an Indigenous language is an asset.
